Sample Letter of Recommendation Negative

When hiring a job aspirant, organizations ask for a recommendation letter form the previous employers. Now it's the duty of the previous employer to provide information about the ex-employee and draft the recommendation letter. Dear Mr. Brown,

Beverly Holt was an employee of St. Vincent civil hospital as a registered nurse from July 2005 to May 2009. Her job responsibility included looking after patients in the out patient department.

She was very indisciplined and never completed her duties and responsibilities on time. She was very unprofessional during her tenure as she took various uninformed leave and had a very casual approach toward her job. Miss Holt's services were not up to the mark, owing to which she was asked to resign. However she will be good at duties that do not require a great deal of responsibility.
